7-Day Challenge

Stop living broke. You're too good for this.

The F*ck You Fund is a 7-day challenge for anyone who is fed up of compromising — on their rates, their worth, their life — because they haven't built the financial foundation to say no. Coach. Consultant. Freelancer. Creative. Employee with a side hustle. If you're skilled and underpaid, this is for you.

Let's be honest

You're not broke because you're lazy.

You're not broke because you're not talented.

You're not broke because the market is too competitive or the economy is tough or the timing isn't right.

You're broke because you keep saying yes to things you should be saying no to — and you keep saying yes because you can't afford to say no.

That's not a mindset problem. That's a math problem.

The F*ck You Fund is a number. A specific monthly revenue that gives you the financial freedom to walk away from the wrong client, the bad deal, the underpaid project, the situation that's draining you because you don't have a better option yet.

This challenge is where you start building toward that number. Not someday. This week.

The concept

Financial freedom isn't a feeling. It's a number.

It's the monthly revenue that lets you:

  • Turn down a client who disrespects you without panicking
  • Walk away from a retainer that's killing your energy
  • Take the trip without doing the math three times first
  • Say no to the underpaid project without a week of anxiety after

Most people never reach this number because they never name it. They keep it vague — "I want to earn more," "I want financial freedom," "I want to stop stressing about money."

Vague goals stay vague forever.

This challenge makes it specific. And then it makes it real.

Seven days. One dare a day. No going back.

Every day has three parts:

  • The Drop — a 10-minute video lesson that names the exact story keeping you underpaid
  • The Breakdown — a real example with real numbers. What it cost. What changed.
  • The Dare — something you post publicly. Every day. No exceptions.

A day only counts when the dare is posted publicly and tagged #FYFDare. Private work doesn't count. This isn't a journal. It's a commitment — made in front of people who will watch whether you follow through.

Day 1 — The Number You're Avoiding

Name the rate you've been planning to charge "eventually." Post it. Date it. Now it's real.

Day 2 — The Discount Reflex

You've been negotiating against yourself before anyone even asks. Today that stops. Publicly close one discount you've been giving out of fear.

Day 3 — The Apology Tax

Every time you justify your price before anyone asks, you're telling the buyer you don't believe it either. Today you say your price on camera. Flat. No cushioning.

Day 4 — Rejection Is Data

One "that's too expensive" shouldn't make you question your worth. Today you share your worst pricing rejection — and what you charge for that same offer now.

Day 5 — Sell the Outcome

If you're charging by the hour, you're competing with every other hour in the market. Today you reposition. Outcome plus timeframe. Posted publicly with the price.

Day 6 — The Raise

This is the one with real stakes. Today you raise a rate on an actual client or prospect — and post proof it happened.

Day 7 — Your F*ck You Fund Number

Calculate the specific monthly revenue that ends fear-based decisions. Post it. Publicly. With one line on what changed this week.

"Private breakthroughs don't change your bank account. Public commitments do."

The reason most people never raise their rates isn't that they don't know they should. It's that nothing is watching when they quietly don't.

Posting publicly means accountability you can't ignore. It means your audience sees the version of you that charges what you're worth — before you fully believe it yourself. And it means by Day 7, you've built a public record of a person who stopped compromising.

That person is harder to go back from than you think.

What changes in 7 days

You stop living broke.
You start building
toward free.

By the end of Day 7 you will have:

  • Named your rate publicly and dated it — no more "planning to charge it eventually"
  • Closed a discount you've been giving out of fear
  • Said your price on camera without apologising for it
  • Turned your worst pricing rejection into proof you didn't shrink
  • Repositioned your offer from hours to outcomes
  • Raised a rate on a live client or prospect
  • Named the exact monthly number that makes you financially free

That's not a week of content. That's a week of becoming someone who doesn't compromise on their worth.

And that person — the one who named the number, did the dares, raised the rate, and posted proof every single day — that person doesn't go back to living broke.

This challenge is for you if

You're fed up:

  • Fed up of saying yes to things you should be saying no to — because you can't afford not to
  • Fed up of undercharging and overdelivering and feeling resentful about it
  • Fed up of watching people with less skill charge more than you
  • Fed up of promising yourself you'll raise your rates, your fees, your ask — next month
  • Fed up of working hard and still not having enough at the end of it

This is for: Coaches. Consultants. Freelancers. Creatives. Trainers. Therapists. Anyone who trades skill for money and keeps getting the short end of that deal.

You're not:

  • Looking for a shortcut
  • Unwilling to post publicly every day for seven days
  • Still in the "I'll do it when I feel ready" phase — because that phase never ends on its own

This challenge is the end of that phase.

What comes after

This challenge proves you can say the number.

Vision To Revenue is the system that makes people say yes to it — every time, for 90 days straight.
